AccommodationThere are a variety of types of accommodation you may choose from, depending on your needs. By far the best accommodation to use is the "Residenciel" which is located fifty yards from the hangar where we are based. The residenciel offers self-catering apartments of various sizes to cater for individuals and families. All the apartments have kitchen and lounge areas with satellite television. There is also a swimming pool, a volleyball pitch, a barbeque and pizza oven all within a warm friendly atmosphere. Upon request breakfast is available. Tallard is a ten minute walk offering shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Should you wish to stay in the residenciel it is important to book early as there is a lot of demand for these apartments......(we will do this for you, if you wish, when you register for your course). Follow this link for other hotels and prices Or Rent the Villa at Le Poet. Alternatively you can rent our villa which is fifteen minutes south by car near the historic town of Sisteron. Situated in Le poet, the villa offers accommodation for up to five people with ease. There is a barbeque and log burning stove together with satellite television. The villa has all the usual facilities including dish washer, microwave, washing machine and fridege freezer. The village is full of charm and has a baker, a general store, bar/restraunt and pizza van on a Friday night!. For those of you who hang glide or paraglide then the take off site at Laragne is only twelve minutes away. To rent the villa costs 500 euros for the week which is all inclusive. For more villas try Allez-Up! Allez-up have a variety of different sizes of villa at Ribiers which is around twenty minutes from Tallard. Run by David and Rachael they have a wealth of experience in the field of paragliding. If you are a paraglider pilot then you will not find anyone with more knowledge on free flight in the local area. Their villas sleep groups from two to twelve.
